Peanut Butter and Jelly Cream of Wheat® Recipe

Ingredients

For the roasted grapes:

  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 2 cup black seedless grapes
  • 2 tbsp Concord grape jelly

For the Cream of Wheat®:

  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup milk (your preference)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup Original 3 Minute
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (heaping)
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, chopped

Directions

For the grapes:
  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Lightly spray an 8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray, add the grapes and ¼ cup water, and cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  3. Cook for 25 minutes taking time to stir once.
  4. Remove the foil, stir in the jelly, and continue roasting until slightly caramelized, about 10 to 15 minutes longer.
For the Cream of Wheat®:
  1. Combine the milk, 1 ½ cups water and pinch of salt in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat.
  2. Slowly whisk in Cream of Wheat®, stirring constantly, then lower the heat and simmer.
  3. Stir occasionally until smooth and thickened—about 5 minutes.
  4. Top your Cream of Wheat® with the roasted grapes and any juices from the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle on some roasted nuts.
