  • One (15 oz.) can sweet potatoes, cut
  • 3 packet Maple Brown Sugar Instant
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans to garnish
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows, toasted


  1. Prepare Cream of Wheat® (using water) according to package directions.
  2. Empty sweet potatoes into a different bowl. Remove any fibres.
  3. Microwave for 2 minutes or until sweet potatoes become tender.
  4. Mash until smooth.
  5. Stir cooked Cream of Wheat® into sweet potatoes.
  6. Garnish with chopped pecans and toasted marshmallows.
